The Youth Excellence Award recognizes an Ottawa youth whose journey demonstrates meaningful personal growth, leadership, resilience, and positive contribution to others and the community.

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a young person. This form is intentionally brief. The Selection Committee will conduct detailed assessment using the information provided.

There is no requirement for a nominee to have formal leadership experience, significant volunteer hours, academic awards, or participation in an OPS program.
