PAID DUTY REQUEST FORM

Please complete the following information a minimum of 10 days prior to the event to ensure your request is processed in a timely manner. Please submit one form for consecutive dates and/or one form for each individual day.

Once you submit this form it will be sent to our Paid Duty coordinator who will be in contact with you regarding your event. Alternately, you can print out this form and fax it to (613) 760-8040.


Please provide us with details of your request. Please note that Paid Duty hours are scheduled at four hours minimum. You can find the most current rates by visiting ottawapolice.ca/PaidDuty.
