2026 Ottawa Police Service Gala Application Form

Thank you for taking the time to apply to become one of our beneficiaries for the annual OPS Gala.

Please note that your application will be assessed based on the information you provide below. We appreciate you keeping your responses short and concise. We have also provided a way to upload a covering letter.

To proceed with the application, your organization must:

Be a registered charity; and
Provide services to the residents of the city of Ottawa.

We want to wish the best of luck to everyone who applies and thank you for making a difference to the quality of life for residents city-wide.

If your application is approved, your organization would be responsible for supporting the Gala in the following ways:

Have two members sit on the Gala Planning Committee

Support the OPS Gala Committee in promoting the event and assisting with ticket sales, including encouraging your staff, board members, partners, and broader network to purchase tickets or tables.

Help the OPS Gala Committee recruit sponsorship (sponsorship packages are available).
