The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) welcomes research proposals that support the Ottawa Police Service Board 2024–2027 Strategic Plan and our shared vision “to be a trusted partner in building an inclusive, equitable and safe Ottawa.”

This form is the first step in the process. Each submission is carefully reviewed to ensure it is practical, complies with legislation, and considers the well-being of both OPS members and the community.
